SRINAGAR: The Community Health Officers (CHOs)/ (District trainers) of all AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs) of Kashmir division were provided two days Cascade training here on 2nd and 3rd of December at Govt. Unani Hospital Shalteng.
The training was conducted by Divisional Nodal Office AYUSH, HWCs Kashmir, under the supervision of Director Indian Systems of Medicine J&K, Dr. Mohan Singh. During the programme, Master Trainers informed the trainees that the motive of this training programme was to educate and orient the CHOs for ensuring effective implementation of AYUSH, HWC Scheme of the Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India.
Director ISM J&K Dr Mohan Singh, on the occasion delivered the speech through video conferencing, wherein he highlighted the importance of Health and Wellness Scheme and stressed upon early functioning of all AYUSH, HWCs of J&K.
Divisional Nodal Officer, AYUSH, HWCs Kashmir, Dr. Mushtaq Parray explained the motives of the training programme and encouraged the participants to show off their skills on ground level.
