JAMMU: Lambasting Central Government for its neo-liberal economic policies, General Secretary Northern Zone Insurance Employees’ Association (NZIEA), Srinagar Division, Com A.K Bhatnagar said these policies are a big challenge before the working class of the country.
“These pro-corporate policies are resulting into concentration of wealth in few hands and it is very adversely affecting the lives of the poor and down trodden people of the country,” Bhatnagar said in a 12th Triennial Conference of NZIEA Srinagar Division which commenced, here on Saturday.
Farmers are not being given the price for their hard work and they are compelled to commit suicides, he said adding that labour laws are being amended in the favour of corporates for suppression of the working class.
