NOWSHERA : A large number of unemployed youths who appeared in 2009-10 in the test for class IV posts, are still awaiting the select-list from the Government.
The unemployed youths on Monday called on the Vice Chairman State Kissan Board (MoS) and MLA Nowshera Radhey Shayam Sharma and explained that in response to the advertisement issued on 22nd March, 2006, they had appeared in the interview before a committee constituted by SDM Nowshera but till date they have not been informed of the outcome of this interview and no select-list was issued against the advertised vacancies.
The youths appealed to Sharma that their select-list should be disclosed at the earliest because they have already become overage and are not able to get themselves adjusted any where else. Prominent among those present in the deputation included Raj Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Promod Kumar, Roshan Lal, Ashwani Kumar, Ekta Gupta and Romesh Chander.
