KUPWARA: The District Election Officer, Kupwara, Itrat Hussain Rafique has asked the contesting candidates of Kupwara District to open dedicated counters for election purpose to facilitate prompt service to all the contesting candidates in opening bank accounts, so that the candidates should withdraws and deposits from said account on the priority during the election period.
