JAMMU: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) J and K Circle organised a function in connection with Service With A Smile (SWAS) with a pledge by all employees at all levels to endeavor their best to resolve any issue related to telecom services being offered to our customers with promptness and alacrity.
H.K Verma, CGMT J and K Circle administered the oath to the employees at CGMT, Office, Jammu, on Thursday to serve the valuable customers with a smile in conformity with an objective ‘Connecting India’. CGMT J and K Circle also impressed upon all the employees to have a dialog happily with all efforts to resolve the valued customers issues promptly with a sjnile. Similar pledge ceremony took place at all BSNL Telecom SSA’s across J and K Circle.
Various events are being organised to apprise the customers about the various services and facilities provided by BSNL.
