Dear Editor,
Renu Kasnia, a woman from Hanumangarh who refused to marry a ‘dowry seeker’, has set an example of courage and heroism for other women. Also, the young engineer who, impressed with her stand, married her needs to be applauded. Our society needs many more strong women like her to curb this shameful practice of dowry.
