REASI: Police on Monday arrested a bootlegger and recovered 38 pouches of liquor from his possession.
According to a report, a police team of Police Station Reasi led by SHO Amod Ashok Nagpure, under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs. Reasi, Addl.SP Reasi and overall supervision of SSP Reasi nabbed one liquor smuggler namely Sanjay Singh (19) son of Puran Singh resident of Bhabbar at Simbla Chowa Reasi and recovered 38 pouches of liquor J and K Excise measuring from his possession. A motorcycle bearing registration No.JK02L/5290 has also been seized which was used for transportation of liquor by the accused. A case under FIR No.84/2015 U/S 48-A Excise Act was registered at Police Station Reasi.
