JAMMU: Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries A.G Kohli on Saturday released a book on basic principles of education and development of educational system in India for undergraduate students of Arts stream.
Bureau Chief Zee news, Jammu Raju Kerni was also present on the occasion. The book is written by one of the alumni of the Department of Education, Rajneesh Kour.
Kohli said that book is a scholarly attempt to provide B.A students an insight of newly launched 5th and 6th semester course with adequate material for pursuing their studies. The book is written according to the new syllabus and deals with all the topics prescribed in the syllabus in a very comprehensive, lucid and detailed manner.
The minister was pleased to note that the quality of the book was at par with national and international publications as it was written with the broad curriculum in focus relevant for all the Degree colleges across India. AADEE Publishing House which is acclaimed internationally has published the book.
