RAJOURI: Claiming to sweep Municipal Committee elections in Rajouri, Member Legislative Council and Senior leader of Bhartiya Janta Party Advocate Vibodh Gupta said that public has realised difference between previous and present regime by tasting the fruit of good governance and corruption free system and they want to move ahead with the party having developmental approach.
Taking forward his Jan Vishwa Yatra which was commenced from Muradpur, Advocate Vibodh Gupta today held workers meeting at Ward No 4 of Rajouri town where he briefed the workers about the party programmes and agenda. He pressed upon workers to spread the message of Prime Minister Narinder Modi and make them aware about the developmental scenario of Rajouri, State and even country.
Addressing workers, Vibodh Gupta claimed that his party has strengthened its roots in Rajouri and are well in a position to sweep Municipal Committee elections. He said that people living in Rajouri town have realised the difference between previous and present regime and they will no more go with the people who raised hollow slogans and did nothing on ground. He added that public is best judge and they know whom to support .
Appreciating the role of BJP in bringing transparency in the system, Gupta said that it was agenda of the BJP to give people good governance and corruption free system and they have succeeded a lot in translating the agenda into reality. He said that BJP has changed the fate of this country and people are feeling proud not only at national level but India is emerging as world power under the leadership of visionary and dedicated Prime Minister. He said that earlier India was dependent upon other nations for even nail cutter but PM’s Make in India programme has started giving results and India will be soon known for producing every item on her own land.
Pressing upon workers to intensify poll campaign for Municipal and Panchayat elections, Vibodh said that these elections are important because these institutions deal small and important issues of the public of the area adding that rural and urban development comes under the purview of these basic democratic institutions and BJP will warmly participate in these polls in order to realize the dreams of making India a developed nation.
Speaking on the occasion District General Secretary Atam Gupta appreciated the role of Advocate Vibodh Gupta in strengthening the party at gross roots level in Rajouri.He said that Vibodh is not only working for BJP but he has done tremendous work in the development of Rajouri. He said that people of Rajouri have seen facelifting for the first time where various programmes have been started for the developments of city and surrounding areas. He added that the campaign of Jan Vishwa Yatra which was initiated by Vibodh Gupta from Muradpur on 10th March will be taken to every ward and Panchayat of the Rajouri district.
