SRINAGAR: Governor N.N. Vohra, on Monday, appointed Justice (Retired) Bilal Nazki as Chairperson and Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, District and Session Judge (Retired), as Member of the J and K State Human Rights Commission (SHRC), with effect from the date they assume charge of their offices.
