The Division Bench headed by Justice Alok Aradhe in the open court directed that the Bailable Warrants upon Director School Education Jammu shall be executed through Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu.
When this contempt petition filed by Yog Raj came up for hearing, Advocate Sheikh Shakeel Ahmed with Advocate Suraj Singh invited the attention of the Division Bench towards the last order dated October 6, 2017, when the Division Bench had allowed last opportunity of three weeks to AAG Ravinder Gupta to file compliance report of the judgment dated December 20, 2016 and in default had directed the personal appearance of DSE Jammu. Advocate Ahmed further submitted that neither compliance report has been filed nor DSE Jammu is present in person. On the other hand AAG Ravinder Gupta sought some more time to file compliance report as per the previous order of the Division Bench. AAG Ravinder Gupta further submitted that he has already conveyed the directions of Division Bench to the DSE Jammu and pressed for more time to enable him to file the compliance report.
