Ashok Koul is new Registrar General of J&K HC;Hanjura appointed Judicial Member, CLB

JAMMU: In a full Court meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar, Ashok Kumar Koul presently posted as Registrar Vigilance Jammu and Kashmir High Court has been transferred and posted as Registrar General of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
According to an order, Principal District and Sessions Judge Rakesh Sagar Jain has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance Jammu and Kashmir High Court. Meanwhile, M K Hanjura presently Registrar General of Jammu and Kashmir High Court has been appointed as Judicial Member of Company Law Board.
Full Court of Jammu and Kashmir High Court has accepted the technical resignation of the M K Hanjura with effect from the August 20, 2016 afternoon and he has been permitted to retain lien with his parent cadre till his retirement.
M K Hanjura is first person of J&K Judiciary who has been appointed as Judicial Member Company law Board in which retired High Court Justices are member.
