JAMMU: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Jammu Mohammad Saleem on Saturday received critical injuries after being hit by the car driven by a license seeker during the driving test being conducted by Regional Transport Office Jammu.
According to report, accident occurred during driving test when a car driven by the license seeker went out of control and struck ARTO standing there. He was immediately shifted to GMC Hospital where his condition was stated to be critical. After preliminary treatment at GMC, the injured officer was referred to Ludhiana for specialised treatment.
