JAMMU: Oracle 32 chain of dental clinics in collaboration with Satchel Centre for promotion of music, art and languages organized and Art and Dental Camp at Satchel, Muthi. In the first session about 100 children mostly underprivileged took part in the art contest.
Naqshab Agnihotri, Roma Bhat, Anil Sharma, Abhinandan Agnihotri, Mehak Kisroo and Harshita Kisroo were judged as the best child artists. This was followed by a lecture on Oral Health and hygienic maintenance by Dr. Rudra Kaul. Dr Vibhuti Kaul along with her team conducted a dental check up and treatment camp at the venue. Sahil and Gagan adeptly assisted her.
In the second session, Deepika Sathoo and Sakshi Bali presented their papers on Indian Cultural Heritage and the importance of performing arts. R.K Mahaldar, Patron, Satchel, spoke about the importance of co-curricular activities in schools and educational institutions. Some folk and classical dances were also presented by some underprivileged children. The proceedings of the camp were coordinated by Sakshi Bali and Vandana Bhagat.
Among others who were present on the occasion were Anupama Kaushal, Preeti Sharma, Satish Kaul, Sunandan Handoo. Vote of thanks was presented by Vaishali Mangotra, a B.Sc Nursing student from Bee Enn College of Nursing.
