Army, Sunail Village Committee organise inter village volleyball match

AKHNOOR: In a remarkable display of unity and sportsmanship, the Indian Army, in collaboration with the Sunail Village Committee, organised an Inter-Village Volleyball Match between the youth of Sunail and Ambaran villages at the Government High School in Sunail. The Sub District Magistrate, Akhil Sadotra was the chief guest, who praised the participants for their exemplary teamwork, dedication, and spirit throughout the match. The Ambaran village team was especially congratulated for their victory in the hard-fought contest. Addressing the attendees, the chief guest emphasized the importance of a drug-free society and encouraged the youth to actively engage in recreational and sports activities such as volleyball. Such activities, he noted, contribute not only to physical fitness but also to mental well-being and character building. The event concluded with a touching gesture as prizes and medals were distributed to both the winning and runner-up teams, acknowledging their exceptional performance and commitment to sportsmanship.
