BHADARWAH: The Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Malothi won Pir Panjal League Kho Kho Tournament for girls defeating Atkhar Public School, Sartingal by 12 – 08.
The tournament organised by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, located at Bhadarwah, under Delta Force was part of Pir Panjal league Kho Kho Tournament, which concluded on Sunday.
A total of eight teams of different schools from Bhadarwah Tehsil participated in the tournament.
In volleyball tournament for girls, organised by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, based at Gool, under Uniform Force, Govt High School, Khanikote defeated Govt Middle School, Gosai with narrow margin.
A total of six teams participated in the tournament.
Principal, Government Higher Secondary School (Girls) Bhadarwah, Bhusan Sharma and Sarpanch Khanikote, Baldev Singh thanked the Indian Army for organising such event for motivating youth and channelising their energy in positive manner.
