RAJOURI: Indian Army (155TA) organised 21 days special volleyball coaching camp exclusively for girls at Government Higher Secondary School Dehrilerote in collaboration of Rajouri District Volleyball Association.
The Army provided these young female campers from remote border areas of the district with necessary playing tools, including kits and infrastructure.
Meanwhile, incharge of District Rajouri Volleyball Association, Mohd Tariq thanked the Indian Army for the gesture. “Such camps by the Indian Army developed confidence among the young girls.
It was due to these coaching sessions that a good number of Rajouri girls managed their place in the J&K and represented the UT at the National level,” said Tariq.
