Apportionment of manpower between Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh

WHEREAS, vide Government Order No. 1212-JK(GAD) of 20lldated 15.11.2021 read with Government Order No. 505-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 05.05.2022 and Government Order No. 1257-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 17.10.2022, 13,465 employees serving on substantive basis have been apportioned to Union Territory of Ladakh on the basis of options exercised by them and ‘” terms of Section 89 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act,2019, read order below:
