KARGIL: Final and semifinals team of the respective indoor and outdoor events of the ongoing Sports Festival finalized on Friday.
The festival in which five teams in the indoor games and nine teams in the outdoor is being organised by Kargil Police at Khree Sultan Choo Sports Stadium, here.
In the indoor events, Suru Valley Public School to meet Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kargil in the final while Higher Secondary School Minji, Jaffaria Academy of Modern Education Kargil, Poyen Club and Boy of Coy qualified for semi finals in the outdoor events.
The sports festival was inaugurated by Dy. Commissioner Kargil, Gulzar Hussain. In the presence of Superintendent of Police Kargil Rahul Malik, Superintending Engineer PWD R.K Sharma, Superintending Engineer Mechanical Gagan Joti, ASP Kargil Jameel Ahmad, ADC Kargil K.T Shah, DySP Hqrs, Abdul Kahliq, DySP DAR Mohammad Aslam and other district officers besides various prominent personalities of the Kargil.
