KULGAM: To ensure punctuality and regularity in the offices, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) paid a surprise visit to different offices of Mini Secretariat Kulgam here on Friday.
During inspection, the ADC recommended action under rules against 20 officials who were found unauthorisedly absent from duties.
