JAMMU: The Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu on Tuesday released the revised schedule of the annual inter-college competitions after holding deliberations with the representatives from the participating colleges.
As per the revised schedule, the inter-college men’s judo competition shall be held from 22nd September, followed by the women’s judo event on 24th September. Similarly, the women’s basketball meet shall take place from 22nd September.
The men’s wrestling event has been scheduled on 25th September, followed by the women’s wrestling on 27th September. The kho-kho (men and women) competition shall be held from 25th September onwards.
The revised schedule also included the badminton (men and women) competition starting from 29th September and the men’s basketball event from October eight. The women’s football meet has also been scheduled on 13th October.
The men’s Cross Country shall take place on 15th December and the women’s competition in same event has been scheduled on 16th December.
