JAMMU: Symphony Music Institute, a new music school aimed at providing high quality professional music education, was inaugurated by Dr Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Cultural and Academy, Jammu at Police Auditorium here.
The institute is located at House No. 206, Lane No. 5, New Plot, Jammu.
Symphony Music Institute is affiliated with Mumbai based Jeetu Shankar Music Academy, which has a vast network in music industry in India. Its aim is to provide lessons on vocal and music instruments, such as Guitar, Keyboard and Tabla.
During the inauguration ceremony, Jeetu Shankar, a famous Music Director and founder of Jeetu Shankar Music Academy was Special Guest. Bollywood singers Preeti Seth and Mukesh Bhanushali were also present. Earlier Dr S P Varma, Vice President Gandhi Global Family, inaugurated the ceremony in the presence of Jarnail Singh Executive Director Peaks Group, Guests of Honour Puneet Mahajan, Secretary BJP Ajay Bachloo, ABP News Chief Bureau Dr Ritesh Gupta, IDA President Jammu Central Branch Shammi Chauhan, Social worker, Advisor Slocus and audience.
The function was organised by Vicki Gill in collaboration with Nexa Peaks Group, ASL Tutorial, Arena Multimedia and VIT College.
