UDHAMPUR: Taking no chance ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit in the first week of April to inaugurate Chenani- Nashri Tunnel, the police on late Wednesday night detained five suspects from Narsoo area along Jammu- Srinagar National Highway.
According to sources, a special police team along with intelligence had picked up five persons from Narsoo locality. The suspects have been detained in the police station for questioning.
Police officials have confirmed the arrest of five suspects. Narsoo is already on radar of security agencies after infamous Narsoo terror attack wherein one terrorist was killed in encounter and another namely Naved of Pakistan was caught alive.
