Teachers flay Govt for imposing examination fee

JAMMU: All Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation expressed concerned over the imposition of examination fee on students of lower classes.
In the meeting held here on Sunday, Federation President, Anil Sharma said that on the one side government claimed to provide free education to the students belonging to weaker section of society and on the other side government is imposing examination fee on the students.
The federation also condemned the government for not releasing the salary of teachers working under SSA, RMSA and MPS schemes.
Others who attend the meeting include Vice-President of Zonal Body, Jeeva Kant, Suresh Sawhney, Ajay Dogra, Kuldeep Singh, Prithvi Raj, Pritam Chand, Vikas Sharma, Rakesh Salaria, Kamal Kishore, Raj Salotra, Purshotam and Showkat Ali.
