JAMMU: Demanding regularization and release of their pending wages, the PHE daily wagers, under the banner of All J&K PHE ITI Trained and CP Workers Association, today held a protest.
The protesters raised slogans demanding from the government to frame proper policy for their regularization and release of their pending wages.
They alleged that thousands of daily wagers of PHE Department have been suffering badly due their non-regularization and pending salaries.
The workers, carrying placards and banners in their hands, raised slogans against the government alleging that it has turned a deaf ear towards their genuine demands.
They alleged that time and again, they have been assured by the concerned authorities regarding solution of their burning issues but so far nothing has been done.
