JAMMU: In a contempt petition, a Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed Registry to strictly follow the circular issued in this regard to post the contempt matters before the same Bench, who passed the order or if one of the two Judges is available, should be seen as part of the same Bench. Incase both the Judges are not available, put note before the Chief Justice.
