JAMMU: Furkan Wani, Jaswinder Singh and Pankaj had tough time against their opponents before they eme-rged winners in the first round of senior snooker event in the ongoing Jammu District Billiards and Snooker Championship at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here on Friday.
All three cueists could make it 3-2 in best of five games. However, on the other hand, Ankit Gupta, Mandeep Singh and Sourav Sharma had easy sailing against their opponents winning the matches in straight 3-0 frames.
