JAMMU: Again Karatekas of JK Public School Kunjwani proved their worth in Inter-school Karate championship organised by District Youth Services and Sports at MA Stadium, here.
Various schools of the district participated in the championship which was held in U-14 and U-17 categories. JKiians brought accolades to the school by winning seven gold and four silver medals in their respective categories. Students namely Sahil Gupta, Fahal Hussain, Harsimran Singh, Sourabh Choudhary, Alok Laskotra, Aryan Chanderdev, Richa Rajput bagged gold whereas Harsh Angral, Gurpreet Singh Bali, Nishan Singh and Arnab Gupta bagged silver medals. Principal, S.K Singh applauded the children for their tremendous performance and praised Coach of the team Gopal Dass for his hardwork.
