JAMMU: Jammu District Volleyball Association shall be holding 32nd Jammu District (boys and girls) Championship at University of Jammu ground, here from November 17.
“The three-day event shall be held on league-cum-knockout basis. As many as 12 teams in boys and six in girls section shall compete for the top honours,” informed Chief Executive Officer of the Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir, Kuldeep Magotra.
Magotra added that the Championship, in which about 250 participants along with officials are taking part, will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu at 11:00 AM.
