JAMMU: Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu S.C Katal has rejected the bail application of one Pardeep Kumar Sapolia who is presently posted in Railways was arrested by RS Pura Police in alleged kidnapping case.
According to the police that one Sham Lal has lodged a report that his daughter Anju Bala who is doing house job in a dental college has been missing from since 15th December, 2014. According to complainant after continued search it was found that she has been kidnapped by the applicant withheld of one Yogita wife of Vinod Kumar and kept at unknown place. On this police registered a case under Section 366/109 RPC vide FIR NO 02/2015.
While rejecting the applicant plea, CJM Jammu S.C Katal observed that the applicant happens to be first cousin of the victim and kidnapped her by misusing the liberty and trust of the family. JNF
