JAMMU: Dr Anil Kumar Dhar on Saturday filed his nomination papers from Jammu-West Assembly constituency as an independent candidate.
While submitting his nomination papers to the Returning Officer of Jammu West at Town Hall Complex accompanied by a large number of supporters and workers, Anil said that if voted to power, he will strive for mitigating the problems of people besides taking measures to develop the constituency. He sought people’s support for ensuring all round development and working for the cause of common masses.
