KUPWARA: In order to monitor the election expenditure of contesting candidates of Assembly constituencies of Karnah, Kupwara, Lolab, Handwara and Langate, Election Commission of India has nominated Mohd Manzar-ul-Hasan, IRAS, as Expenditure Observer, according to the District Election Officer, Kupwara.
Any person/political party can contact him on his Cell No. 9771482100 for any expenditure related grievance/complaint. He will be also available at Dak Bungalow Kupwara on 7th to 9th November, 2014 between 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
