SAMBA: The 8th annual Mahakesari Dangal organised by Goran Shivo Baba Shrine Committee, concluded at Baba Shivo Devasthan with pomp and gaiety in the remote hilly region of Goran in Samba.
Deputy Commissioner Samba Abhishek Sharma was the Chief Guest and SSP Samba Benam Tosh was the Guest of Honour on the occasion.
DC Samba Abhishek Sharma and SP Samba Vs Tosh praised the Desraj Sharma and his committee for organizing Dangal.
The main objective of Dangal was to keep the kids away from drugs and to get a strong body so that they can become good citizens and bring a medal to the country.
SSP Samba appealed to the people to desist themselves from drugs. He also praised police wrestler Sunita Meen.
BDC President Ramesh Singh, BDC Hiranagar President Sharma, BDC President Ghagwal Tagotra, Sarpanch Lavlu Sambyal, Sarpanch Sardar Singh, Tehsildar Mohit Gupta and thousands of people participated.
