NOWSHERA: The locals of village Rajpura Komila during the intervening night of 1st and 2nd June, 2017 intercepted a Tata Mobile passing through their village carrying bovines for further smuggling into the Valley.
The villagers immediately informed the police which reached the spot and arrested all the five smugglers and rescued the bovines. The accused arrested by the police include Imran Latief and Khawaj Latief both sons of Mohd Latief resident of Khabla, Zubair son of Mohd Bashir resident of Behrote, Tahir Ahmed son of Mohd Taj, Mohd Farooq son of Mohd Khan residents of Thannamandi.
The accused have been booked under FIR 76/17 section 188 RPC and sec 3 PCA for investigation. The police have also seized the Tata Mobile bearing registration No JK11B-4673.
