JAMMU: The Government on Monday promoted 27 Incharge Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars (NTs) as Tehsildars in J&K Revenue (Gazetted) Service.
“Pursuant to the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee/J&K Public Service Commission, sanction is accorded to the promotion of 27 Incharge Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars as Tehsildars in the Jammu and Kashmir Revenue (Gazetted) Service in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs 4800 (pre-revised) revised to Pay Level 8 ( Rs 47600- Rs 151100),” reads an order issued by Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Commissioner Secretary, Revenue Department.
As per order, Incharge Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars as Tehsildars who have promoted as Tehsildars include Ishfaq Ahmad Khan, Khursheed Ahmed Tantray, Harjeet Singh, Sudesh Kumar, Sahibzada Niyaz Ahmad Bhat, Muneer Husain Khan, Ajaz Ahmad Khuroo, Sajad Ahmad Wani, Ashak Hussain Wani, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Syed Sahid Hussain, Showkat Hussain Rather, Vikramjit Singh, Mohd Shabir, Sajad Hussain, Jai Singh, Tanveer Ahmad, Mohammad Najiullah, Mir Latafat Qadir Shawal, Tariq Ahmed Sheikh, Abdul Wasee Ul Rouf, Irshad Ahmad Budoo, Saqib Saleem, Rayees Ahmed Dar, Pardeep Singh , Anil Charak and Subash Kumar.
