JAMMU: A team of 15 participants of Indo-Oman Shotokan Karate-Do from J and K have been selected for the national Karate Championship which is going to take place on 8th and 9th April 2016 in Ranikhet, Uttrakhand. The participants, who trained under the supervision of Technical Director of Indo-Oman Shotokan Karate-Do Association of India Ravinder Singh Jamwal, were selected on the basis of their performance.
Association members wished them best of luck and expressed hope that they will come out with flying colours by giving their best performance and winning medals for the State.
The selected participants are Sohan Singh , Rinku Devi, Jyoti Bala, Ajay Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Meenakshi, Madhu, Shruti Sharma, Nasreen, Anita Devi, Anushka Sharma, Sahil, Sunit and Rohit.
