118th Mahajayanti of Bhagwan Gopinathji celebrated

JAMMU: The 118th Mahajayanti of Jagadguru Bhagwan Gopinathji was celebrated on Saturday at the Bhagwan Gopinathji Ashram, Udheywala, Bohri, here with great enthusiasm.
From early morning, hundreds of devotees started thronging the Ashram to pay obeisance at the feet of the Master and the number went on rising. The programme started with Paduka Poojan, worshipping a Bhagawaanji’s symbolic Paduka (a wooden Kharavoon), which was joined by hundreds of Sadhus.
The Pooja was performed in the Ashram amongst the devotees and Sadhus by reciting Bhajans and chanting Mantras, followed by serving Prasad and offering Dakshina to Sadhus. Later Prasad was also served to the devotees till late evening.
Adequate arrangements were made by the Bhagwan Gopinath Trust to facilitate the devotees and common public who thronged the Ashram. Besides serving with Shikanjvees, other facilities were also provided to the public.
The Trust also reaches out to the suffering and needy people on regular basis by helping them financially. All this is being done in keeping with the Bhagawaanji’s message: “the service to man is service to God”. The celebration concluded with Aarti in the evening.
The Mahajayanti was also celebrated at Kharyar, Srinagar, Kashmir; Greater Kailash-I, Pamposh Enclave, New Delhi, Lane No. 48, Plot No. 58/1, Hastal Village, Near Kendriya Vidyalaya Hastsal, Vikaspuri, West-Delhi; Shanker Math, Plot No. 115, Basari Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra and at Deanagondi Sosahalli, Bengaluru.
The Mahajayanti was simultaneously celebrated at Gole-Gujral, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Jallandhar, Jaipur, Chemaur and Karndivilli Mumbai and also at various other Satsang Mandals across the globe.
