Zulfkar inspects Dev works, listens to people’s problems

RAJOURI: Minister for CAPD and Tribal Affairs, Ch. Zulfkar Ali on Saturday impressed upon the officers to formulate and execute new projects with a prospective and scientific approach adding that the investments made are meant for long term benefits.
He also directed for formulation and execution of the projects within the approved funds to avoid spillover cost and creation of liabilities.
The minister was taking appraisal of public grievances during his visit to Kandi and Koteranka areas.
On the occasion, locals projected various demands and problems of their respective areas which were mostly related to provision of basic amenities and early completion of ongoing developmental works.
The minister gave a patient hearing and issued on spot instructions to the concerned officers for early redressal of the problems projected by the people.
He said that government was keen to provide all basic facilities to the people and for the purpose a well conceived plan has been devised to address all the issues in a phased manner adding that provision for better healthcare, education, PHE and road connectivity have been tagged by the government as priority sectors.
