JAMMU: Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) will take out Shoba Yatra on 23rd September on the occasion of the birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh.
To review the arrangements of the same, YRS on Monday convened a meeting which was chaired by its President, Surinder Singh Gilli.
Speaking on the occasion, Gilli said that for the last two years we have launched an agitation with the government for declaration of 23rd September a gazetted holiday and establishment of Rajput Welfare Board in the State but all in vain.
Gilli further added that for the last many decades Rajput community gave their lives for the betterment of the society and the State and now also Rajput community and Yuva Rajput Sabha do every work for the betterment and for peace in the State of J and K.
Others present in the meeting were Komal, Sonu, Tinna, Vikram, Rinku, Rajinder, Pushvinder, Manja, Rajveer, Lambu, Gabbar, Soni, Darbinder, Kaku, Prem, Parveen, Mesha, Lovely, Vishal, Brita, Shakti, Sanjeev, Bindu, Sanjay, Bindu, Anil, Bunty and Kuki.
