UDHAMPUR: At Aparna Vishwa Sansthan Mantalai, a Yog Shiwar was organised where Drandher Bramchari started first Yog Shiwar.
The President Om Parkash of Duggar Heritage Society of Chenani and Chairman Dr K.C Sharma made the people aware about the uses of yoga. The residents of Mantalai to include Virender Kumar Sharma, Balvinder Singh, Sarpanch Ravi Kumar, school students, team consisting of Udhampur public including Arun Gupta, their friends and officials attended the yoga programme.
Chairman Dr K.C Sharma explained to the public about benefits of yoga. He also thanked the State and Central Govt for such programmes and also emphasised to start yoga in the schools so that students be benefited.
He also thanked the public of area for participation in camp.
