World Malaria Day observed at JKPS Panjtirthi

JAMMU: World Malaria Day was observed at JK Public School, Panjtirthi, to make the students aware about the causes and symptoms of malaria and made them acquainted with the preventive measures for the same.
JAKians spread the awareness about the life threatening disease caused by parasites that are transmitted to people through the bites of infected mesquites. They highlighted that one single infected mosquito can bring death to dozens of victims. They added that rainy season should fill us with Joy not malaria parasites, so keep environment and surroundings clean to combat the disease. Principal of JK Public School, Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah remarked that the disease is a great drain on any national economy. We have to control mosquito menace to control Malaria, he added.
