JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani on Wednesday conducted a workshop on Stress and Time Management for staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the School, S.K Singh educated the staff that we should repel stress and live for your ownself. He gave a presentation on stress and time management and asked everyone to follow awareness, balance and controlled strategy to control stress. He also gave some techniques to manage stress and time.
The teachers were assigned task to make presentation and activities on the same.
The session concluded with his appreciative
talk in which he applauded the efforts put in by
each group.
