BUDGAM: J and K State AIDS Control Society in collaboration with District Health Society, Budgam, organised a training workshop on HIV/AIDS for ASHAs and FMPHWs here at SDH Chadoora.
The workshop covered the front line workers from block Chadoora and Chattergam of district Budgam. This is one of the training workshops out of the several workshops to be held in Nagam, Magam, Budgam, and Beerwah block of Budgam. The front line workers received the wholesome training on HIV/AIDS including the basics of HIV/AIDS and crucial issues like injecting drug use etc.
The programme is being organized under the supervision and guidance of Dr Mushtaq Ahmad Rathar, Project Director, J and K State AIDS Control Society.
