JAMMU: All J&K Work Supervisors Association, Jammu province staged a protest under the chairmanship of Provincial President Tariq Shah seeking implementation of Define Duty.
The work supervisors hailing from different departments raised their voice against non implementation of Define Duty. They rued that neither the seniority list has been issued nor the DPC has been conducted by the department till date.
” Be it the issue of Define Duty or department promotion this cadre is facing disappointment. Every department has a provision for promotion but there is no scope of promotion for supervisors. This cadre is facing injustice and negligence by the department” Provincial President Tariq Shah said and appealed to the department to address the issue.
Vice President Rakesh Bali, Zaffar Khan, Bakshi, Risal Singh, Pavan Kumar and Kameshwar were also present.
