JAMMU: High Court will remain closed for winter vacations from January 5 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
According to the notification issued by Registrar General, Suresh Kumar Sharma, Chief Justice of J&K High Court has nominated Judges for the vacation for both wings of High Court to hear urgent matters.
For Jammu wing, Justice Hasnain Massodi will be Vacation Judge from January 12 to January 16, 2015 and January 19 to January 23. Justice Janak Raj Kotwal will be Vacation Judge in week commencing from January 27 to January 30.
For Srinagar wing, Justice Tashi Rabstan is the Vacation Judge from January 12 to January 16, 2015, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal is Vacation Judge from January 19 to January 23. Justice Bansi Lal Bhat will be Vacation Judge from January 27 to January 30.
