Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Parsad in his Bhashan (speech) on 2nd June, 2015 has announced number of schemes for BSNL subscribers to compete aggressively with private telecom operators but I would suggest him to go through the complaints of subscribers appearing daily in the news papers across the country and take care of the existing schemes.
Talking specifically about BSNL services in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, there are complaints from every corner alleging non-availability of internet due to which not only the telecom but the other services dependent on it are also affected causing loss to the subscribers and businessmen.
I would therefore request him to take cognisance of the complaints and criticism from the subscribers rather than getting elated by announcing new schemes.
