BHADARWAH: As a part of welfare activities, the army has been constantly undertaking a variety of projects for the welfare of people under Operation Sadhbhavana. In pursuance of this noble aim the Rashtriya Rifles at Bhadarwah under the aegis of the Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) organised a three weeks welding classes under Operation Sadhbhavana for youth of Bhadarwah, in order to generate employment opportunities for the local youth.
The classes commenced on 20th December 2014 at Army Camp Sarna for a duration of three weeks. A total of 25 youth will be imparted training on welding techniques by means of practical and theoretical classes. Second-in-Command of Rashriya Rifles at Bhadarwah inaugurated the ceremony and addressed the youth. He said that such programmes are conducted for providing necessary training to the unemployed youths, so that they can have better employment or start their own work to supports their families.
These kinds of efforts of army will go long way in helping the youth of the area in finding gainful employment and to be bread winners for their families.
