SUNDERBANI: The farmers of villages Ambkhori, Tutian, Kalasra and Ghai Upanyas near the Line of Control in Sunderbani Tehsil who suffered heavy loss of their Rabi crop, vegetable and fruit crops are still awaiting their compensation.
The social activists of NGO Anmol Cultural Club and Singh Youth Club who visited these villages were told that the hailstorm had caused heavy loss to their wheat crop and the flowering fruit plants which has deprived them of their six months ration. They appealed to the Government to provide them free ration and suitable compensation at the earliest possible.
