Vibodh releases funds for developmental works

RAJOURI: MLC Vibodh Gupta today visited Thanamandi and took stock of various problems and issues being faced by the local residents of the area.
During his visit MLC held various meetings with the prominent citizens of the area. Upon his arrival at Thannamandi he first visited Government Girls Higher Secondary School where the teachers and students welcomed him and accorded a rousing reception. He inspected various sections of the school and during the inspection he allocated Rs. 1.5 lakh for the repair of the damaged boundary wall of the school. School Principal Sadeeq Ghnai thanked the MLC for his visit to the school and for allocation funds from his CDF for the repair of damaged boundary wall of the school.
Latter MLC Vibodh along with party workers visited Zairat Shawl Mohala and released Rs. 75,000 from his CDF for various repair works of this very famous religious place. Before concluding his tour he also visted a very ancient temple at Thanamandi which was also damaged and was in immediated need of repair. He allocated Rs. 75000 from his CDF for the repair of this temple as well.
BJP Mandal Pardhan Abdul Gani Shawl, Shabaz Khan, Atam Gupta, Kamal Bakshi, Bashir Bhat, Balbir Sharma, Zahid Ahmed, Choudhary Mishri, Kazi Khalil-ul-Rehman, Mohd. Lateef Mongal and SDM Thanamandi Ashwani Kumar accompanied the MLC during the visit.
