VHP demands action against Pak’s proxy war

JAMMU: Condemning Pakistan for unprovoked shelling in the civilian areas of Jammu region, Vishaw Hindu Parishad, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday said that the Pakistan will not ventured for regular war and continue in proxy war and border skirmish in spite of the fact that our forces are retaliating with full force. State VHP President Leela Karan Sharma told reporters that the Pakistan is violating ceasefire right from Kathua to Uri and Poonch sector for the last more than one month. VHP team, he said, to know the situation prevailing at the border area visited Ramgarh and other affected areas where border migrants are staying and interacted with them. After ascertaining the difficulties faced by the migrants, he added, the team met with the administration and requested that the migrant people should be given all facilities of food, medical so that they can live in the camps peacefully and comfortably. He also demanded for granting immediate ex-gratia relief to the kith and kin of the deceased residents besides free specialized treatment to the injured.
